Has this ever happened to you? You check your SPAM folder and discover an email from a parent has been unintentionally marked as SPAM, leaving you having missed an important message about one of your students. If so, we have a solution for you. This recently happened to a teacher in our district and our Senior Systems Engineer, Kevin Rodgers, came up with a great solution.
To ensure you never miss another important email, you can add parent email addresses to your personal Gmail contacts list in just a few steps.
To create a single contact:
1. Open your contact list
2. Click on the button and select create a contact
3. Enter the contact’s name, email address and any additional information
4. Click Save
To create multiple contacts at once:
1. Open your contact list
2. Click on the button and select create multiple contacts
4. Click Save
To create multiple contacts at once:
1. Open your contact list
2. Click on the button and select create multiple contacts
3. Paste a list of email addresses
4. Click Create
