This month’s raffle is focused on using Google Forms’ best friend Yet Another Mail Merge to send a Shout Out to those colleagues that you just couldn’t live without. Interested in learning how Yet Another Mail Merge works? Here’s how we spread the love this month:
1. Gather information in a Google Sheet (use Google Forms if you’d like!)
2. Draft an email in Gmail (don’t forget a subject!)
3. Add <<markers>> in your email to grab information from your Spreadsheet
4. Run Yet Another Mail Merge from the Extensions menu in Google Sheets
5. Modify the Sender Name and select your Email Template (your Gmail draft)
6. Send a test email to make sure everything works
7. Send (or schedule send) your emails!
